Counselling

Counselling

Counselling is like a journey you take with your counsellor. Each journey is unique because this is your personal process.

During this journey you can explore thoughts which have been troubling you; feelings which you have been unable to face or make sense of alone; behaviours which feel like they stop you from moving forward; difficulties that are affecting you, your life and your relationships. As a counsellor, Leigh will help you to process your experiences by building a safe and healing therapeutic relationship with you. “I give you space, understanding and support to start your travels”. On this journey you will see things differently and feel empowered to choose which paths to take. Counselling can help with a wide range of issues and experiences, including emotional distress, mental ill health, life changes, traumatic events, physical health issues, addictions, and relationship difficulties with a partner, family members, friends or work colleagues; anything that is troubling you. we are not here to diagnose you but to hear what your experience is like.
