Samantha Holland
BSc(Hons) MIPTI MSTO MSTA
Clinical Director/Principal therapist
I am Sam and I am the owner of Hollinton Health. The clinic was first established in 2008 and known simply known as ‘Sports Therapy 4U’. This was based at a well-known gym. I then branched out and re-opened in Baldock high street. I was there for 6 years before I expanded to the current address in Baldock Whitehorse Street. Over the years, the team has grown, and the business has become more and more diverse. It was then that I decided to open ‘Wellness Therapy 4U’ to offer different services, creating a dynamic approach to optimal wellbeing.
I am an extremely proficient practitioner, providing treatments tailored to suit the individual’s needs. My role is to not only help athletes return to full functionality but also the general public, accident victims and anyone interested in maintaining healthy equilibrium. I have a vast amount of experience with all levels of ability from amateur to professional sports people, regularly treating world champions, to office workers. Regardless of age, sport or ability, every ‘body’ is different and therefore needs to be treated differently.

Xhenanni
SST
Sports Therapist/Injury Rehabilitator
Hi, I am Xhennani, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a very passionate practitioner and have a deep care for every patient I treat. I do not believe that people should live in pain or be left open to injury when working or performing the sports they enjoy. I feel proud to offer a service which allows people to feel freedom from pain and confidence that they can live injury free. My patient’s progression and success fuel’s my drive to further advance in the clinical aspect of my career. I still very much enjoy my ‘pitch side work’ that I do with a football team which I feel reflects my nurturing nature. Being part of a team has the togetherness that comes with it, I must say that the closeness of the Hollinton Health team makes the clinic a fantastic team to be part of too! I very much enjoy being a component of a dynamic team of therapists with the outcome of the patient our main focus.
